Your privacy is important to Code SixFour.  The privacy policy provisions in the Terms of Use apply to the online collection and sharing of personal and other information via the Website.  The privacy policy provisions do not apply to information collected in any other way,
including offline or third party sites. These third party sites are not owned or operated by Code SixFour and may have different privacy policies in place.

Personal Identification Information:

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Website, register on the Website, place an order, fill out a form, respond to a survey, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with

or court order (or with the applicable party’s prior written consent).

At other times, Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information.  Users may, however, visit certain portions of our Website anonymously.  We will collect personal identification

Code SixFour has the discretion to update the Terms of Use at any time.  Any information that may be made available through the Website (and any Content) may be changed without notice by Code SixFour.  Also, the price for any subscription to the Website or Content is also subject to change without notice (this will not impact your current year annual membership).  When any of these occur, Code SixFour will revise the date at the bottom of this page indicating the most recent update.  Code SixFour encourages Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how Code SixFour is helping to protect the personal information it collects.  You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically and become aware of modifications.
